1 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "Platform" means the pk366 website accessible at pk366.pro and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces, applications, and APIs operated by the Company.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered a verified account on the pk366 Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account held by a Player on the pk366 Platform, including all associated wallet balances, bonus funds, and transaction history.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by a Player and available for wagering or withdrawal, excluding any bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or matching deposits granted by pk366 that are subject to separate wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money or bonus-funded stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, or any other gambling product offered on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process pk366 uses to confirm a Player's identity, age, and payment method ownership.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency used on the pk366 Platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By completing the pk366 registration process, clicking "I Agree", depositing funds, or placing a wager, you confirm that you:

• Have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety;
• Are at least 21 years of age and legally competent to enter into a binding agreement;
• Are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law;
• Are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party;
• Accept that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose the funds you wager.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services available on the pk366 Platform, including cricket betting, casino games, slots, live dealer tables, arcade games, and any future products the Company may introduce.

3 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an active pk366 account, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

1. Age: You must be a minimum of 21 years old. pk366 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age at any stage, including but not limited to a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or driving licence.
2. Jurisdiction: You must access the Platform only from a jurisdiction in which doing so is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is legal in your location. pk366 does not constitute legal advice on this matter.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts and must not be subject to any court order or legal restriction that would prevent your participation.
4. Not a Restricted Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of an employee of pk366 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or technology partners.
5. Self-Exclusion: You must not have an active self-exclusion order in place with pk366 or any connected gaming platform. Attempting to open an account while self-excluded is a serious breach of these terms.

pk366 reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account where, in its reasonable judgment, the eligibility criteria are not met, without obligation to provide detailed reasons.

4 Account Registration & Verification

To use the pk366 Platform, you must register a single personal account. The following rules apply to all accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted one account only. Operating multiple accounts — whether simultaneously or sequentially — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances.
• Accurate Information: All registration information you provide must be true, accurate, current, and complete. Providing false information, including a false name, date of birth, or address, is a material breach of this Agreement.
• Username & Password: You are responsible for selecting a secure password and keeping it confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. pk366 will never contact you to request your password.
• KYC Verification: pk366 may request KYC documentation at any time, including before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in account suspension until verification is completed.
• Account Updates: You must notify pk366 promptly if any of your registered details change. Outdated contact information that delays KYC or payment processing is your responsibility.

pk366 uses industry-standard security measures to protect account data. However, you are responsible for all activity carried out under your credentials. Report any suspected unauthorised access to [email protected] immediately.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits: pk366 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, 1LINK bank transfer, and USDT cryptocurrency. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 10 PKR. Deposits are typically credited to your account balance instantly or within a few minutes depending on the payment method. pk366 does not charge deposit fees, although your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200 PKR. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and typically processed within one business hour during operating hours. Processing times may be longer during peak PSL season traffic or when additional verification is required.

Currency: All balances, bets, and transactions on pk366 are denominated in PKR. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit.

Dormant Accounts: An account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months is classified as dormant. A dormant account maintenance fee of Rs 100 per month may be applied to dormant accounts with a positive balance. You will receive advance email notification before any fee is applied.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

pk366 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, cashback promotions, and PSL season specials. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms unless the specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "rollover" or "playthrough" requirement) before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Minimum Odds: Free bets and certain deposit bonuses can only be applied to wagers at minimum odds of 1.80 or above, unless otherwise stated.
• Time Limits: All bonuses expire within a fixed time window (typically 7 to 30 days) from the date of issue. Expired bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are forfeited without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time. Opting into a new promotion while a rollover is in progress may, at pk366's discretion, void the existing bonus.
• Game Contributions: Different game types contribute different percentages toward rollover completion. Typically, sports bets contribute 100%, slots contribute 100%, and live casino games contribute between 10% and 20%. Check the specific promotion terms for exact contribution rates.
• Abuse Prevention: pk366 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts, where bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or coordinated exploitation of promotional terms is detected.

pk366 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players will not be penalised for active rollovers at the time a promotion is discontinued.

7 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on the pk366 Platform, including cricket, PSL markets, and all other available sporting events:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only valid once confirmed by the pk366 system and a bet receipt has been issued to your account. pk366 reserves the right to refuse any bet without providing a reason.
• Errors in Odds: Where odds are published in error due to a technical fault, human error, or data feed failure, pk366 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. Winnings derived from clearly erroneous odds will not be paid.
• In-Play Betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to match state at the time of acceptance. Bets placed on events that have already concluded, or on markets that have been suspended pending a video review, may be voided.
• Match Abandonment: If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or not completed within 36 hours of its scheduled start time, all single bets on that event are void and stakes are returned. Accumulator bets revert to the next lowest line.
• Maximum Winnings: pk366 applies maximum single-bet payout limits which vary by sport and market type. Limits are published in the Cashier section. Winnings exceeding the published maximum will be capped accordingly.
• Integrity: Bets placed on the basis of insider information, or as part of any match-fixing or spot-fixing arrangement, are void and the associated account will be reported to relevant sporting integrity bodies.

8 Casino & Games

The following terms apply to all casino, slot, live dealer, arcade, and fishing game activity on the pk366 Platform:

• RNG Certification: All virtual casino and slot games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) audited by independent testing laboratories. Results are statistically random and cannot be predicted or influenced by the Platform or by Players.
• RTP: Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and represent the theoretical long-term statistical return. RTP does not guarantee any specific outcome or return within any individual gaming session.
• Disconnection Policy: If your internet connection is interrupted during a casino game round that has already commenced and a stake has been deducted, the round will be resolved according to the game provider's disconnection policy. pk366 is not liable for internet disruptions outside its control.
• Game Malfunctions: In the event of a software or hardware malfunction that prevents a game from completing correctly, the affected round will be voided and any stakes deducted will be refunded. "Malfunction voids all pays" is the applicable principle where the outcome cannot be determined.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each game displays its applicable minimum and maximum bet limits. These limits may vary based on your account tier and the specific game provider rules.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk366 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register an account using your identity or payment methods;
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the Platform for financial gain;
• Collusion with other Players or third parties in card games, poker, or any other multiplayer format;
• Placing bets using funds obtained through illegal activity, including money laundering;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Attempting to access another Player's account without authorisation;
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true location;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward pk366 staff or other users via any support or communication channel;
• Systematically exploiting bonus terms in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the pk366 Platform — including but not limited to the pk366 name, logo, website design, user interface elements, graphics, game content, text, and software — is the intellectual property of pk366 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any pk366 content without express written permission;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or game logic used on the Platform;
• Use the pk366 name or logo in any commercial context or in a manner that implies endorsement without prior written authorisation;
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or service.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

pk366 collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, pk366 collects personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory bodies where required by law.

You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to request correction of inaccurate data, and to request deletion of your data subject to regulatory retention obligations. Submit data requests to [email protected].

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• pk366 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of the theory of liability;
• pk366 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime;
• pk366 is not liable for losses resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, regulatory actions, or acts of God;
• Where liability cannot be excluded by law, pk366's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13 Responsible Gaming

pk366 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe environment for all users. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment, not as a means to generate income or escape personal problems.

pk366 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all Players, accessible directly within your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Wagering Limits: Cap the total amount you can wager within a defined time period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automatic on-screen alerts when you have been actively playing for a set duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours to 30 days. You will not be able to log in or place bets during this period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the pk366 Platform. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.

14 Account Suspension & Termination

pk366 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime;
• Use of the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction;
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated without valid grounds;
• Activity indicative of problem gambling that poses a risk to the Player's wellbeing;
• Reasonable suspicion that the account is being operated by an automated script or bot.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than Player misconduct, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within 5 business days. Bonus funds are forfeited upon account closure regardless of the reason for closure.

Players may close their own account at any time by contacting the pk366 support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours.

15 Amendments to These Terms

pk366 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, pk366 will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the pk366 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date.

16 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations applicable to the jurisdiction under which pk366 operates.

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet, game outcome, payment, or any other Platform matter, you should first raise the issue with the pk366 support team via live chat or email. pk366 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 14 business days. If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory body indicated in your account's licensing information.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under this Agreement shall be brought in the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which pk366 holds its operating licence. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts for such purposes.
